~Personality~

Typically remains reserved when she can help it, enjoying the peaceful nature of her hidden grove when she can, but that does not keep her from remaining active in other regards. She's not one to shy away from combat if the situation calls for it, and while she doesn't go out seeking friendships all that often, those who actually can call her a friend know that she's trustworthy and faithful, always willing to assist and ensure that her friends remain happy, no matter the task at hand. At times, with friends, she can be highly competitive, always in it to win it, but that doesn't mean she's cold about it. She cherishes victory, but she won't admit defeat unless it's absolutely necessary, always wanting to carry on to the best of her ability.


~Appearance~

Laene usually sports a leather, slightly loose-fit ensemble of gear, with a mixture of different shades of green adorning the entirety of her outfit, from her toes, all the way up, to ensure that she's capable of molding herself in to the shadows and hide away from predators and prey.

As for equipment, she generally retains a pair of dual, short blades for any chance she may end up in close quarters with an enemy, but they usually remain unused. Otherwise, she typically carries with her a small pendant, engraved with an "S" on it, that faintly resonates a magical, light blue glow when inspected... a trophy she claimed as good luck after salvaging it from the remains of a demon.

Lastly, her bow, deemed with the name "Aeila", is a very unique and important part of her personality. Not only is it her main weapon of choice, but it also reacts based on her mood or her task at hand, with the small flowers sprouting around its outer portion signaling different things. Red symbolizes when she's hunting, blue for exploration, white for ceremonies, yellow for vengeance or revenge, green for diplomacy purposes, and orange if she's guarding or on patrol.


~Companion~

Kira, a black panther who has always been beside Laene since she was young. She has grown into a faithful and loving companion, and will always be right beside Laene in a time of trouble or otherwise. She has also developed to a point where she is perfectly capable of synchronizing fighting styles with Laene, exhibiting masterful and quick movements to strike as her master does, so she is a force to be reckoned with when paired together with her skillful owner.
