Vokun'fo, The Grey Sage

Standard Vokun head, looking off to the side, possibly with the head of a Rowan hanging from his jaw. Grey Scales, thick neck, interlocking sections running across his neck, head, and lips. Broad snout, jagged, even ivory teeth. Chin is covered in bone colored protrusions, like spines, but with multiple stacked in rows, looking like a medium scraggly beard. Running from the tip of his chin down the base of his jaw. A single, row of grey dorsal spines run down to his back. On both sides of his head he has almost elf like ears, jagged and covered in random spines.. Eyes are a light brown, tongue coiled around the Rowan's head as his teeth holds its wind pipe in his mouth. Tongue is twin tipped.
